TUESDAY 6-15-10 • 7:30 a.m. pilots meeting

Profile Precision Aerobatics (1st & 2nd Flight)

  • Four Classes…Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced - Expert (all ages combined)
  • Beginners fly beginner pattern
  • Profile stunt models only, side mounted engines only,
    “3/4” maximum fuselage thickness”
  • No appearance points or BOM. Seperate Jr-Sr Plaques
     

Foxberg Racing (Afternoon)

  • All ages combined
  • 70 lap heats and 140 lap final
  • Buster, Cosmic Wind & Shoestring models only
  • Fox 35 Stunt, OS 25 LA and Brodak 25 engines allowed
  • Contest supplied fuel 29% castor or 22% oil mix, pilots choice

 

WEDNESDAY 6-16-10 • 7:30 a.m. pilots meeting

Classic Stunt (1st & 2nd Flight) & or Nostalgia 79

  • Four Classes…Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced - Expert (all ages combined)
  • CLPA rules apply
  • Beginners fly the beginner pattern
  • No appearance points or BOM
  • Classic up to 12/31/69
  • Nostalgia 79 1/1/70 to 12/31/79
  • Pilot must choose only one event

Clown Racing (Afternoon)

  • All ages combined
  • Two races - (Time permitting) highest lap count score
  • PDQ Clown, up to .19 displacement - OS 15 LA Engine Only
  • CAN ONLY USE CONTEST SUPPLIED 10% NITRO GLOW FUEL (SUPPLIED BY EVENT)

  • A contestant may enter Sportsman or the regular Profile event, not both
  • In the Sportsman event the contestant will be awarded an additional 10 points bonus if they use a Brodak kit
  • All contestants will use 10% fuel
  • All other rules for Profile Carrier will apply

 

THURSDAY 6-17-10 • 7:30 a.m. pilots meeting

Old Time Stunt (1st & 2nd Flight)

  • Three Classes…Intermediate - Advanced - Expert (all ages combined)
  • CLPA eligibility rules apply
  • No appearance points 

Ladies and Youth Basic Flight

  • All ages combined

Junk Yard Wars Construction 5:00 p.m.

  • Pre-registration only. The (JSO) rules will be changed to favor younger entrants
  • This event is limited to the first 12 teams to pre-register

Appearance Judging for Intermediate, Advanced & Expert models Thursday afternoon at 3:00 pm

 

FRIDAY 6-18-10 • 7:30 a.m. pilots meeting

Precision Aerobatics (1st Flight)

  • Jr-Sr Trophies Awarded Separately in PA only

Fun Scale

  • All ages combined
  • Model will not transfer to Profile Scale or Sport Scale
  • Current AMA rules apply

PROFILE and SPORT STATIC JUDGING at 11:00 am

 

Speed Limit Combat

  • Speed Limit is 7.3 sec/2 laps with no streamer
  • This corresponds to about 8.0 sec/2 laps with a streamer
  • String cut counts zero
  • Clean match bonus of 200 pts. to both pilots if the match is completed with no midair/crash, line tangle/crash, or flyaway.
  • All ages combined

WW-II Profile Combat Starts Friday Late Afternoon Runs Over To Saturday

  • Same rules as Speed Limit Combat
  • 48 in. span, 500 sq. in. limit for original design
  • Most popular current and past kits and plans are allowed
